Mr. Kerby has over 28 years of hands-on operational experience in the warehouse and distribution arena. He was the founder and senior executive of the Haines, Jones & Cadbury (HJC) national accounts division of Hajoca Corp., the largest privately held wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating and industrial supplies in the United States. In that position, Mr. Kerby took the company from start-up into a division distributing hundreds of millions of dollars worth of product in five years and employing over 80 people in five distribution centers across the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Kerby has established relationships with many of the leading corporations in the U.S., including Lowe's, WalMart, Petsmart, Circuit City, Linens & Things, Best Buy and Chili's, for whom HJC sourced and provided the plumbing and construction materials needed in the build-out of their stores throughout North America.

Mr. Studnicki was co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Nuvo Technologies, Inc., a company providing wireless inventory management systems to the worldwide hospitality industry. Mr. Studnicki led every aspect of Nuvo Technologies, including strategic management, business development, sales and marketing, international distribution, managing the company's legal needs, co-inventing two patents and successfully selling the company's assets. Mr. Studnicki has provided business development, strategic and marketing consulting services to businesses in a variety of industries. Mr. Studnicki has also enjoyed a very successful career as a lawyer. He was a shareholder at Gallagher & Kennedy, one of the largest full-service business law firms in Phoenix, Arizona, where he assisted businesses and individuals in a variety of lawsuits and transactions. Mr. Studnicki graduated from Arizona State University, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with a B.S. in Economics. He obtained his law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.

Ms. Barry was President and CEO of Transtop for 25 years. Transtop held bus shelter advertising franchises with the cities of Minneapolis, St. Paul, Roseville and West St. Paul, and the company was sold to CBS Outdoor in 2006. She founded and served as President for 12 years of the national Shelter Advertising Association and also served on the Board of Directors of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, the Out-of-Home Measurement Bureau, and the Traffic Audit Bureau. Previously, Ms. Barry was Tournament Director of the U.S. Women's Indoor Tennis Championships, one of three National Championships on the professional women's tennis circuit, and Director of two professional men's tennis exhibitions. As President of Connie Barry Enterprises, Inc., she currently works with the Minnesota Timberwolves on marketing projects.

Ms. Rooney is co-owner and Vice President of Showcase Homes, Inc. and President of CIGI Gallery, Inc., a St. Louis, Missouri premier design/build company with commercial, residential, home remodeling and kitchen and bath divisions. Services include overall project management, space planning, color, material and equipment coordination and budget control. She oversees all projects for this successful, privately held company which was founded in 1966.
Ms. Rooney co-founded and branded the Onyx Gas Stations in Missouri. In addition to building its own projects, Onyx built office buildings, restaurants and retail stores for others. Ms. Rooney is a Missouri licensed real estate broker and assisted the company in its acquisition of properties from start-up throughout expansion. Ms. Rooney worked in the development of new properties, including architectural and interior design, displays and signage for its convenience store/super pumpers. She set up accounting and management systems, audited locations and implemented cost controls to improve the bottom line. Mr. Zeimet rose to become the CFO for one of the largest television and radio broadcast companies, as well as a senior partner at several leading accounting, tax and finance firms in Europe. He has actively audited several of the largest companies in the world, including a special audit in France of Black & Decker, the parent of the Price Pfister faucet company. Mr. Zeimet was the Chairman of the Board at the Institute of Auditors in Luxembourg and is a member of the International Fiscal Association. He has substantial experience and expertise in handling both United States generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and the International Financial Reporting Standards. Mr. Zeimet has over 30 years of extensive accounting and financial experience around the world. After matriculating in business administration from the University of Liege (Belgium), he joined the audit practice at Arthur Andersen in Brussels and then moved on to become an audit manager at KPMG in Luxembourg.
Mr. Zeimet rose to become the CFO for one of the largest television and radio broadcast companies, as well as a senior partner at several leading accounting, tax and finance firms in Europe. He has actively audited several of the largest companies in the world, including a special audit in France of Black & Decker, the parent of the Price Pfister faucet company. Mr. Zeimet was the Chairman of the Board at the Institute of Auditors in Luxembourg and is a member of the International Fiscal Association. He has substantial experience and expertise in handling both United States generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and the International Financial Reporting Standards. Mr. Fuhriman has over 14 years of experience in Brand Marketing for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) firms. After an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from Duke University, he has worked for Procter & Gamble, Frito-Lay, Pepsi-Co and The Dial Corporation / Henkel. He has managed both the commercialization and innovation sides of the business for household brands such as Dawn, Tide, Gain, Swiffer, Frito's, Baked, Sunchips, Renuzit, Dial, Right Guard and others. Mr. Fuhriman has successfully managed and grown brands with revenues and marketing budgets ranging from $25M to $700M and $1M to $100M respectively. He has strong relationships with media buyers, agencies, brand planners and the brands themselves.
