Rodney Peete Chief Executive Officer

NFL veteran quarterback Rodney Peete, best known for his leadership and a winning attitude, spent 16 successful years in the NFL. His admired position in the public eye has led him to a successful career as sports star, television/radio personality, author and philanthropist. In March 2010, Peete released his first book, Not My Boy! A Father, a Son, and One Family's Journey with Autism. The story, based on the Peete family's experience raising a child with autism, is published by Hyperion and is currently receiving wide acclaim. Through Not My Boy!, Peete is giving a voice to an often unheard journey: the father.

Following his NFL career, Peete went on to become a co-host on Fox Sports' The Best Damn Sports Show Period. In 2008, he and wife, actress Holly Robinson Peete, hosted Meet the Peetes on XM Radio's Oprah Radio Peete is president of HollyRod Entertainment, a Los Angeles-based entertainment and investment firm. Additionally, he is a co-founder of the HollyRod Foundation, an organization established to generate funds to fight Parkinson's Disease, support children suffering from Autism, and improve the quality of life for those in need. In his role for the organization, Peete has been able to secure partnerships with some of the largest corporations in the world including Target, Anheuser-Busch, Mercedes Benz, and Starwood among others. He also serves on the Board of Governors at his alma mater, USC, from where he holds a B.A. and was First Team All-American and 1988 Player of the Year. Peete and Robinson Peete have been married for 14 years and are the proud parents of four children: twins Ryan Elizabeth and Rodney Jackson, Robinson James and Roman Matthew. The family resides in Los Angeles.

Scott Brown President

Mr. Brown has extensive experience in product design across many different platforms and also in manufacturing, including faucets and other plumbing products . He also has significant experience in new construction and development. He has been a successful international business entrepreneur overseeing operations in the U.S. Latin America, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, South Africa and Asia.

Greg Perkins Cheif Financial Officer

Mr. Perkins received degrees in accounting and business administration from Lawrence University in Detroit, Michigan. Greg served many years as Divisional CFO for a $700 million overnight cargo and freight service company before becoming Vice President and General Manager of the division responsible for operations in five states and four countries. During his tenure the company grew from $12 million to $85 million in sales in eight years. Greg traveled extensively nationally and internationally overseeing accounting, operations, and business development in the Pacific Rim and Europe. He brings with him extensive experience and knowledge preparing budgets, forecasts, financial statements, performance analysis, public relations as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors.

Doug Moss Global Venue Director

On December 10, 2002, Douglas Moss was named President and Chief Operating Officer of the Phoenix Coyotes and Coyotes Charities. Moss represented the Coyotes at the NHL level as alternate governor and was responsible for overseeing all of the day-to-day business operations for the Coyotes and Jobing.com Arena. Moss joined the Coyotes from the then Mighty Ducks of Anaheim where he served as the team’s Senior Vice President of Business Operations.

A native of Jersey City, New Jersey, Moss joined the Ducks after spending three years as President and Chief Executive Officer of the International Hockey League (IHL) from 1998-2001. While at the League, he helped the IHL forge an alliance with the NHL, increasing the number of affiliations from two to eight. Prior to joining the IHL, Moss spent two years with the Buffalo Sabres organization (1994-96) as President and Chief Executive Officer. From 1992-1994, Moss served as President of Madison Square Garden Network (MSG) after acting as senior vice president of sales for MSG since 1986. As president, Moss controlled all areas of operation for the network, including programming and production. Moss began his career as the General Sales Manager for Cable Networks in New York - a cable-advertising firm representing regional cable companies. He worked at Cable Networks Inc. from 1982-1985 after attending Pace University in White Plains, New York (School of Journalism).

Sandra Dean Vice President, Finance

Ms. Dean has extensive experience in business management. For over 30 years, she was an integral part of the operational team of Gilbert Plumbing Company, including responsibility for keeping the company’s financial and corporate books and records.

As President and co-owner of Gilbert Plumbing, she gave direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy and its annual goals and objectives. Ms. Dean was responsible for managing the financial risks of the corporation, planning, record-keeping and communicating financial performance and forecasts to the other members of the Board of Directors.

Cory Galakatos Vice President, Manufacturing and Design

Mr. Galakatos joined Swiftop, Inc. in 2006 as its Vice President in charge of product development and manufacturing. A native of St. Louis, Mr. Galakatos was Merchandising Manager for the Roman Company’s product lines sold into major national department stores (May Company, J.C. Penney, Dillard’s, Federated Department Stores). In that position, he traveled extensively in Thailand, China and Korea and had responsibility for sourcing, development and quality control.

Mr. Galakatos has been a successful developer and manager of multi-family and residential properties in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

Steve Gilbert Vice President, Logistics

Mr. Gilbert has 40 years experience in the plumbing industry. He recently sold his ownership in Gilbert Plumbing Co in Mesa, Arizona, which has been in business since 1969. At Gilbert Plumbing, he worked in all aspects of business operations, managing up to 110 employees with 14 million dollars of revenue, with a focus on the operations, quality control, production and client relationships.

He has also worked closely with manufacturers and their representatives on product improvement and development. Mr. Gilbert is a major shareholder in Accor Technologies Inc., a plumbing products manufacturer in Wenatchee, Washington, where he assisted in business development and promotion and helped take the company from start-up to over 10 million dollars in revenue.

Donna Harrell Chief Marketing Officer

Ms. Harrell has over 15 years experience as a market strategist and tactical planner in the global, trend-setting consumer-driven marketplace. She has been key to rapid expansion focused on product development geared toward niche market segments. Her diverse background incorporates demonstrated expertise planning and orchestrating multi-channel tactical maneuvers including branding, advertising, public relations, viral marketing, social media, promotions and national events. As Key Account Executive with Nike, Inc. from 1995 to 2004, Ms. Harrell was exposed to the frenetic fashion cultures of Atlanta, Los Angeles and San Francisco. In 2005, Ms. Harrell joined True Religion Brand Jeans as a Marketing and Sales Director during a period of strategic, global expansion. In 2007, she began working at Brand 33, an advertising agency in Los Angeles, as Account Director where she raised the bar for performance excellence advising client corporations whose footprints span the globe.

John Hickey Global Sales Director

Mr. Hickey has been in the transportation logistics business both domestically and internationally for over 25 years. Mr. Hickey started his own company in 1997 and has specialized in the automotive industry by providing transportation services for companies such Chrysler, Ford, GM, Delphi, Lear, etc. Mr. Hickey started another company in 2002 that caters to the hospitality industry and provides turnkey solutions for PIP's, renovations, and new builds. Sales and marketing along with strategic planning and creating solutions for his companies and customers have been the focus of his career.

Kris Halvorson IP Counsel

Mr. Halvorson obtained his BS in Chemistry at Louisiana Tech University. He then obtained his MS in Chemistry from Washington State University. After a brief stint working at Allied Signal (now Honeywell), he obtained his PhD in Chemistry from Arizona State University where he also obtained his JD in Law. Mr. Halvorson has published over twenty technical articles in Chemistry and Physics, including two book chapters. He has over 15 years of extensive experience in Patent, Trademark, Business, and Corporate law. His extensive knowledge in of the physical sciences allows him to work with inventors and business from a wide range of technical areas.
